adapted from my favourite pasta book...!
spaghetti (or any other pasta), prepared according to the package
2 tbps sundried tomato paste
anchovy fillet
2 garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 red chillies, seeded and chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
basil leaves, chopped
olive oil
- heat olive oil in pan. add in garlic and onion, fry till fragrant
- add in the tomato paste and chillies. mix well
- put in the anchovy fillet and basil leaves
- season with blackpepper and salt
- toss in the prepared spaghetti and mix well
- serve with green salad leaves
