Mouthwatering Jihan's Dadih

hmm..absolutely refreshing!


Ingredients :
4 litres water
440 g coffeemate (coffee creamers)
500 g sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 packet (10g) Crystal Jelly powder (original flavour)
1-2 teaspoon flavouring ~ strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, coffee... (according to taste)

Method :
1. Boil water on medium heat.
2. Add in jelly powder and stir well.
3. Add in coffeemate and keep on stirring.
4. Pour in the evaporated milk.
5. Add in sugar, stir and taste. You can add more or lessen the sugar to suit your taste.
6. Leave to boil for about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat
7. Pour a bit of the liquid in a small jug, add in the flavouring and pour into small containers.
8. Repeat step 7 with different flavours.
9. Keep in the fridge to set.

Our family's favourite!!! Got this recipe from Auntie Wat (my dad's sister)...really smooth and refreshing! Absolutely mouthwatering dessert!

P/S: I named it after my daughter, Jihan.

Thanks for my family faberet dadih. dah try your recipe.menjadi jugak sayangnya agak masam sikit coz gunakan crystal jelly with strawberry flavour.

bole saya tanya sikit, crystal jelly tu u guna brand ape? saya cuba buat ni, tapi jadi lembik sgt la,,,berair gitu...sedap tu sedap,,, rasa ada tapi texture die tak cantik...

brand apa2 pun boleh....i guna yg ada gmbr burung layang2 tu...kalau cair sgt, cuba kurangkan air....
