crispy calamari rings

also from kak Jun's blog....tasted crispy with a tinge of curry flavour...delicious and very easy to make!

5 squid, cut into rings

1/2 tsp curry powder

2 tbsp corn flour


oil for frying

  • mix the corn flour with the curry powder and salt

  • coat the squid rings with the flour mixture

  • fry the rings till golden brown

  • serve with chilli sauce
