bubur pulut hitam


my mum made this using slow cooker....lovely, but i don't like it that much....


beras pulut hitam

water

coconut milk

palm sugar

pinch of salt

pandan leave



  • boil the beras pulut hitam with water until soft

  • add coconut milk, palm sugar, salt and pandan leave

  • mix well and let boil.

  • remove from heat and serve
