Goreng hati berempah (Spicy chicken liver)


i have always like chicken liver very much...after browsing through a few recipes, i came out with my own modification...

300g chicken liver marinated with 1tbsp honey, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp kurma powder, lime juice, salt

chopped ginger, garlic, shallots

oil for frying


  • heat oil in pan.

  • add in chopped ingredients fry till fragrant

  • add in marinated liver and fry through until well cooked.
