vanilla strawberry cupcakes

1 1/2 cup self raising flour
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup butter at room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
*strawberry jam

mix and sift the flour
cream butter till soft. add sugar and continue mixing
add eggs one by one and mix
add in dry ingredients alternate with milk and vanilla
put in baking cups
put in some strawberry jam
bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven 150 degrees
My review:
I modified the recipe a bit by putting the strawberry jam...Lovely and lovely and moist and a right combination with the strawberry jam...!!!
