Spinach frittatta


6 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup milk

250g spinach

1 onion chopped

1 clove garlic crushsed

1/2 cup grated cheddar

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

blackpepper to taste



  • preheat oven 180 degrees celsius

  • whisk eggs and milk

  • stir in spinach, onion, garlic, cheese, parsley and pepper

  • pour into greased pie pan (23cm)

  • bake for 30 minutes or until golden
