i feel like breaking fast with sardine rolls today..i LOVE sardine rolls!!!
bread
mayonaise
eggs, lightly beaten with salt
breadcrumbs (optional)
mix together:
sardine
onions, chopped
red chillies, chopped
lime juice
- spread mayonaise and the sardine ingredients on bread
- roll the bread and soak on the eggs
- roll the bread onto the breadcrumbs
- fry in a pan until golden
