baked pasta lasagne

adapted from

250g penne pasta (i used spiral pasta)

250g minced meat (i used corned beef)

750g pasta sauce (i used 1 bottle of readymade pasta sauce)

200g mozarella cheese

100g parmesan cheese

200g cheddar cheese

1 egg beaten

  • preheat oven 175 degrees

  • grease dish

  • boil pasta until dente

  • heat pan, cook beef, stir in pasta sauce, remove

  • in a big bowl, combine cheeses and egg

  • layer half pasta, half sauce and half cheese mixture. repeat

  • top with extra mozarella

** i combined the sauce pasta and cheese mixture all together and put in the dish, topped with extra mozarella and chopped parsley and baked them....yummy!!!
