a variation of the cinnamon rolls (using the similar dough) but this time i made them into mini rolls that were bite size....lovely and it was a hit!
filling:
corned beef
onion, chopped
red chillies, chopped
parsley, chopped
egg
cheese (mozarella/cheddar)
- heat oil in pan. fry onion till fragrant
- add in corned beef. fry till cooked through
- add parsley and chilli
- remove from heat
to assemble:
- roll the dough flat
- spread the corned beef mixture
- sprinkle some cheese on top
- roll the dough
- arrange in pan and let it doubled for a while
- glaze with egg
- bake in a preheated oven 190 degrees until golden
