corned beef roll


a variation of the cinnamon rolls (using the similar dough) but this time i made them into mini rolls that were bite size....lovely and it was a hit!


filling:

corned beef

onion, chopped

red chillies, chopped

parsley, chopped

egg

cheese (mozarella/cheddar)


  • heat oil in pan. fry onion till fragrant

  • add in corned beef. fry till cooked through

  • add parsley and chilli

  • remove from heat

to assemble:


  • roll the dough flat

  • spread the corned beef mixture

  • sprinkle some cheese on top

  • roll the dough

  • arrange in pan and let it doubled for a while

  • glaze with egg

  • bake in a preheated oven 190 degrees until golden
