egg sandwich

made this for lunch for travelling to Swiss Garden Damai Laut....absolutely lovely....

wholemeal bread

hard boiled eggs

tomatoes, sliced



curry powder

mixed herbs

  • mash the eggs and mix with mayonaise, curry powder and mixed herbs

  • spread some mayonaise on the bread. top with the egg mixture

  • put some lettuce nad tomatoes on top

  • the cover with another slice of bread
