special tuna and cheese sandwiches

i bought a bottle of mixed pickle from Tesco today....i made it into lovely creamy, tasty tuna and cheese sandwiches! this is my dinner today...

wholemeal bread

lettuce

alfafa sprout

tomatoes, sliced

tuna in water chunks

feta cheese, crumbled

mixed pickle

Italian salad dressing

• spread some pickle on the bread


• mix the tuna, feta cheese and a dash of Italian salad dressing


• spread the tuna mixture in top of the prepared bread


• top with tomatoes, lettuce and alfafa sprout


• cover the top with another bread slice
