vadai



my favourite Indian delicacies!!! thanx to kak rinn for the superb and easy recipe...!!! tastes delicious!!


250g dhal

2 dried chillies, finely sliced

2 stalks cyrru leaves, finely sliced

1/2 onion, chopped

1 tsp fennel seed

1/2 tsp salt

oil



  • soak the dhal for 4 hours

  • toss dry

  • blend the dhal till fine

  • mix all other ingredients together with the dhal

  • shape the vadai, using your hand and a plastic brushed with a bit of oil

  • put the vadai on a greased pan

  • deep fry on a medium fire till golden brown

baru je akak dtg 'rumah' ni smlm..hari ni bnyk lagi mkn terhidang. Bila nak masuk resepi baked pasta tu. smlm dah malas n jemu nak masak nasi n lauk..so just buat sandwich telur n tuna after dpt ilham from yr blog.

dr ezura, apa kabar? ish sedapnya vadaii..mmy one of my fav gak ni tau..ntah bila la nk buat..ok x resepi ni? sama cam rumah mat la yee..rajin masak ek..wat kek n muffin lagi..hehe..muaahhh!!

wah ramai jugak peminat vadai ye...senang jer buatnyer...cuma kena rendam dhal 4 jam dan tos smpi kering...then campur jer semua..! rasa mmg best...sama mcm beli vadai kat kedai...suka sgt bila dia garing di luar, lembut di dalam...cuba lah!!
