it was a hectic weekend for me...so i only managed to bake this simple recipe for my family and it was very much enjoyed by Jihan and my hubby....it has the taste of gooey brownies but made into a cupcake presentation...don't judge by its look...taste it first then you know how wonderful the taste is...
1 cup flour
pinch of baking soda
3 1/2 cup cocoa powder
225g cooking chocolate
85g butter
3 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup walnut pieces, coarsely chopped (i omitted)
- preheat oven 180 degrees, line muffin pan with baking cups
- sift together the flour, cocoa and baking soda
- melt together chocolate and butter over gentle heat, stirring occasionally. remove from heat
- beat together eggs and sugar. add the flour mixture, then stir in the melted chocolate and the walnuts
- fill each baking cups and bake for 30 min until a crust ahs formed but cupcakes are still slightly moist in the centre

The batter tu jadi mcm terlebih tepung..:( Frusttt..
Cocoa powder tu mmg 3 1/2 cups ke ?
