i adapted the recipe from kak Rinn...it actually uses 3 different coloured chocolate chips but i used almond chocolate bars and chopped them coarsely and put into the batter...tastes as good with it fine texture and chocolaty taste....
250g butter
200g castor sugar
300g self raising flour
4 eggs
4 tbsp cocoa powder
25g dark cooking chocolate, melted using double boiler
3 tbsp fresh milk
chocolate chips
- beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- add in eggs one by one, beating well after each addition
- sift flour with cocoa powder, add into the batter bit by bit
- add in melted chocolate and milk
- put in chocolate chips, until just combined
- put into papercups
- bake in preheated oven 175 degrees for 15-20 min
