it's cooked already!!!
a different style of steamed fish...i used siakap fish which is known to have nice and succulent fillet...this time i made it into tomyam-style gravy...absolutely mouth-watering....!!!
1 siakap fish (or any other fish)
blended into paste:
2 shallots
1 inch galangal
1 tomato
2 red chillies
sliced/chopped:
2 garlic
1/2 inch ginger
kaffir leaves
coriander leaves
lime juice (from 2 lime)
fish sauce
salt
sugar
tamarind paste
lemongrass
baby carrots

Mama ni, tak tahulah kenapa, kalau steamed fish ni, ma macam tak berapa tahan bau dia... nak kena set balik kepala otak ni supaya mengatakan, bau steamed fish is nice! hehehe...
