orange moist cake

tried out this recipe from kak rinn's...the texture was really moist and tasted great...i really like the top part...

240gm margerine
1 cup castor sugar
1 1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
5 eggs
3 tbsp orange juice
grated orange rind from 1 orange

1. beat sugar and margerine till light and fluffy

2. add in eggs one at a time, beating at high speed

3. reduce the speed and add in flour alternating with milk

4. add in orange juice and rind

5. bake at 175 degrees for 45 min or until cooked
