my style salmon teriyaki

i'm cooking healthy food nowadays, especially with less fat and oil...hubby need to be restricted of those elements for at least 6 months before his liver can generate enough bile to digest the fat...i bought nice pink salmon fillet from Tesco and cook this dish...

salmon fillet

teriyaki marinade sauce


chopped basil leaves

  • marinade the salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce. sprinkle the blackpepper and basil leaves

  • leave aside or refrigerate for 1 hour or more

  • grill the salmon on pan or oven- baked

  • serve hot
