adapted from kak liza's fotopages.... a very easy and simple recipe...and very tasty and healthy too!!!
thousand island sauce
- coat the fish with salt, tumeric powder and white pepper.
- add a dash of fish sauce. leave a side for a few minutes.
- heat a non stick pan. grill the fish on both side until cooked.
- if it's too dry, add a dash of olive/vegetable oil
- serve with salad leaves and tomato slices and the sauce of your choice
